FAQ – RELISTED

Who is Relisted? We've been active in the sneaker market since 2020 and have sold over 15,000 pairs through various independent platforms. With Relisted, we now bring that same experience directly to you. Read more on our About Us page.

Are your sneakers authentic? Yes, 100%. We only source from verified retailers and trusted partners. On top of that, we check every pair ourselves before it ships. Read more on our Authenticity page.

How fast will I receive my order? That depends on the product: - 24-hour shipping: in stock with us, shipped the next business day - 48-hour shipping: shipped within 2 business days - FAST: 3–5 business days - Standard (sourcing): 2–10 business days, as we source the pair specifically for you

How do I find the right size? Use our size finder. You'll find it on every product page, right above the sizes. Enter which sneakers you currently wear and in what size, and the size finder shows you which size to pick for this model. That way you get it right the first time.

Can I return my sneakers? Yes, you have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving your order. Sneakers must be unworn and in the original, undamaged box. Register your return through our Returns Portal. Once we've received and checked your return, we'll refund you within 10 business days. You can read the full policy on our Returns page.

Can I exchange for a different size? Unfortunately, exchanges aren't possible. Our prices vary per size, so a direct exchange isn't always fair. Doesn't your pair fit? Register a return through our Returns Portal and order the correct size again. Tip: check the size finder on the product page first, so you're sure to get it right the second time.
